This Privacy Policy explains how R&D International LLC ("Wakepoint," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Wakepoint website, apps, and services (the "Service").
1. Information we collect

2. How we use information
- Provide, operate, and secure the Service, including tracking, predictions, and the WAKEPOINT+ agents.
- Process payments, manage subscriptions, and apply promotional codes.
- Send service, security, and account notifications, and, where permitted, product updates.
- Analyze and improve performance, reliability, and features.
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms.
3. AI processing
Some features use AI models (including third-party providers such as Anthropic) to generate drafts, summaries, and answers from your fleet data. We send only the data needed to produce the output. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your data to train third-party foundation models except as permitted by our agreements with those providers.
4. How we share information
- Carriers and data providers to retrieve tracking information for the numbers you submit.
- Service providers (subprocessors) such as Stripe (payments), our hosting and database providers, and AI providers, under contract and only to provide the Service.
- Legal where required by law or to protect rights and safety.
- Business transfers in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Cookies
We use necessary cookies to run the Service and, where applicable, analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies in your browser. If we use non-essential cookies in your region, we will request consent as required.
6. Data retention
We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can request deletion as described below.
7. Security
We use technical and organizational measures such as encryption in transit, access controls, and signed webhooks. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of sale/sharing (we do not sell). To exercise rights, contact us at privacy@wakepoint.co. You may also delete your account from within the app.
9. International transfers
We may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for international transfers.
10. Children
The Service is for business use and not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new date and, where required, notified to you.
